Counseling That Meets You Where You Are

Life is full—and counseling shouldn’t add to the overwhelm.

I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth for women in Nashville and across Tennessee.

Whether you’re facing insomnia, anxiety, or life transitions, virtual sessions make care more accessible—without sacrificing connection or quality.

No special software is needed—just a quiet space and internet connection.   We’ll use evidence-based approaches, including CBT-I, to support your sleep and emotional well-being.

While most sessions are remote, in-person visits may occasionally be recommended based on clinical needs or preference.

Feel free to reach out if you’d like to explore whether this is the right fit.
